- Couple words how is my condition before, and after liberation. Before I have much headaches, 3-4 times at week, I use walker, well, allt the time. I can´t control my fingers, writing was almost impossible. My hands and both of my foot was cold.
After, headaches is almost gone, average is only once on month! Walking is much better and stronger, mostly I use cane, sometimes I go without it. Walker is almost history. Fingerworking much better now, writing is easier, but not without problem. Hands getting warmer, so legs, but not so much than hands.

Putting all together, bad day now is better than good day before liberation. -
