(...) I will get around to writing  a report, detailing her past symptoms and difficulties one of these days!  But, for now, I would like to thank the surgeon in particular for carrying out the procedure and taking time to explain things to us before and afterwards.  It makes such a difference, having someone take time for you to discuss various issues.  I know Lowenna was very impressed by his relaxed attitude - especially playing Rolling Stones music in the background during the procudure!  Taida was very kind to me and nothing was too much trouble, even when I called her on Palm Sunday!  The nurses, Ola and Richard and the other guy, whose name I have forgotten (sorry) were kind and helpful, as always.  Your hospital is clean and run very efficiently.  Thank you.

Lowenna has been so much better since October.  She has put on some weight and looks a much better colour.  There have been so many positive benefits since the procedure.  She does her own shopping, arranges appointments for herself and manages to do the housework.  She goes to the gym regularly and does yoga once a week.  I can't tell you how much better she is!  Thank you.
